Song is biddable and easy to train with good flanks. She is confident in close quarters with stock, with no tension. She'll nip a nose or quietly hock them if they don't yield. She doesn't have a lot of power so she'll need that confidence. She qualified for the nursery finals last year. I'm hoping to qualify her for the finals this year, but we're struggling a bit to come together. She's quick and forward so I find it difficult to settle the stock on a line with her. We have been putting up respectable runs this spring, but not quite tidy enough to place. We are just starting to get some placements now in May so quite behind in getting points this season.

Song delights in new fields, new sheep and new challenges. I swear you can see her wide grin as she figures out how to control cagey stock at a trial. She thinks fast and remains biddable under pressure. It's looking like she'll be quite an excellent little trial dog.

Song has had one litter and is now spayed.
